ONE ROBBER EVADING TRIAL IN A CASE OF ROBBERY, TURNED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER, AGAIN SENT BEHIND BARS - BY TEAM OF ANTI-NARCOTICS CELL, CENTRAL DISTRICT.

ONE PROCLAIMED OFFENDER ARRESTED BY THE TEAM OF ANTI-NARCOTICS CELL, CENTRAL DISTRICT.
ACCUSED PERSON WAS ARRESTED ON THE BASIS OF LOCAL INFORMATION AND MANUAL SURVEILLANCE.
ACCUSED PERSON WAS EVADING THE JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS TO DODGE THE PUNISHMENT.

A special drive against proclaimed offenders is being continuously carried out in the Central District. During the drive, the dedicated team of Anti-narcotics cell arrested a Proclaimed offender namely Surender.

TEAM & OPERATION: -

A dedicated team of Anti-Narcotics Cell, comprised of ASI Sunil, ASI Satish, HC Manish, HC Anuj, CT Bhagirath was constituted under the supervision of Insp Ashish K. Dubey and overall supervision of ACP Ops Ms. Sulekha Jagarwar.

The team continued to work on technical and manual information to trace the proclaimed offender, Surender.

The team visited the residence of the accused person, but he was not available. The team maintained close monitoring through technical surveillance, and information was also gathered from secret informers.

On August 06, 2025, information was received that the accused person, Surendar, was present near Tis Hazari. The team from Anti-Narcotics Cell, immediately reached the spot, and on the informer's instance, the accused Surender r/o GB Road Delhi, Age-48 years was apprehended from Tis Hazari area.

Upon checking the records, it was found that accused Surendar, was declared a proclaimed offender in case FIR No-91/2025, u/s 309(4)/317(2)/3(5) BNS IPC, P.S. Kamla Market Delhi on 09/07/2025 by the Hon'ble Court of Ms Bharti Beniwal, JMFC, T.H.C. Court, Delhi. Accordingly, the accused person was arrested.

1. Surender s/o Khaniya r/o GB Road Delhi, Age-48 years.
