Pledge to protect environment by planting saplings

With a pledge to protect environment, Punjabi Mahila Vikas Samiti planted saplings in the garden located in Niranjanpur village under the campaign 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam'. The plantation program was conducted courtesy of Principal Vijay Yadav of Government Secondary School located in Vijaynagar Scheme No. 54. The saplings were provided by Engineer Akhilesh Jain. On this occasion, State President of Punjabi Mahila Vikas Samiti Veena Sahni, President Anju Sharma, Secretary Sweety Tuteja, State Secretary Manbir Narang, Nishi Gambhir, Rashmi Naswa, Suman Sood, Divya Chugh, Sadhna Bedi etc. were present. Everyone planted various saplings and pledged to make them trees. The responsibility of taking care of the saplings was also taken. Punjabi Mahila Vikas Samiti organizes cultural and family events throughout the year as well as events that are environment friendly.
