Future Fest 2025@ DPSRU Empowers Over 200 Students with Career and Leadership Skills under Viksit Bharat Abhiyan

In a dynamic joint initiative under Viksit Bharat Abhiyan, the Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University in collaboration with Board of Apprenticeship and Training (Ministry of Education, GoI), the Rotaract Club of DPSRU, DPSRU Innovation and Incubation Foundation (DIIF), and the Rotary Club of Delhi Central successfully hosted under the dynamic leadership of Prof. V. Ravichandran, Vice-Chancellor of DPSRU a flagship event of Future Fest 2025 @ DPSRU and many sub-events. This transformative event brought together over 200 students from leading universities across Delhi-NCR, equipping them with vital career-oriented skills, leadership training, and industry exposure.
Day 1: Launch-Pad 2025 @ DPSRU: From Skill Building to Self-Discovery
The first sub-event, Launch-Pad 2025 was held at the G.K. Narayanan Auditorium. The inaugural day began with the DPSRU Kulgeet, an official placement video, and a ceremonial lamp lighting accompanied by Saraswati Vandana. Opening addresses by Dr. Rajani Mathur, Prof. Harvinder Popli, and Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. V. Ravichandiran set an inspiring tone for the day.
The session “ResuTech”, led by renowned Soft Skills Trainer Ms. Sangeeta Singh (ICBI), provided students with practical training in resume writing, interview preparation, and personal presentation. Post-lunch, the session “JoySpark” by Dr. Surya N. Bahadur (ATDC) infused the auditorium with energy through engaging activities designed to build leadership and teamwork. The theatrical group Fitoor also staged a poignant performance addressing job-market challenges.
Day 2: Leadership and Industry Connect
Day two focused on leadership and industry insights. After ceremonial proceedings, Mr. Tajvinderjit Singh Vasudeva (President & CBO, Microlabs) delivered a powerful session, “Brand You”, emphasizing personal branding and career-building strategies.
The afternoon featured a high-impact panel discussion, “NexGen Leaders – Shaping the Minds of Tomorrow,” moderated by entrepreneur Ms. Ruchi Singh. Esteemed panelists included:
* Mr. Naresh Priyadarshi, Founder & MD, True Miracle
* Dr. Vikram A. Munshi, Founder, Whitespace Consulting
* Ms. Malobika Sengupta, Co-Founder, Team Strategize
* Dr. Ranjeet Mehta, CEO, PHD Chamber
Panelists shared real-world insights on leadership, innovation, and the evolving professional landscape, followed by an interactive Q&A with the student audience.
 “Study Abroad” was scheduled. This interactive platform exposed opportunities for the students to pursue higher education overseas. Over 8 leading universities from Ireland to Australia held counselling sessions with students.

Dr. Madhu Gupta, Associate Professor and PRO at DPSRU, shared comprehensive insights with event led to multiple student outcomes, including shortlistings, internship offers, empanelment, and direct offer letters, reflecting the event’s concrete impact on student employability.

Future Fest 2025@DPSRU stood as a testament to the power of collaboration between academia, industry, and healthcare organizations. The event not only nurtured the skillsets of aspiring professionals but also strengthened DPSRU’s mission of building future-ready leaders in alignment with the national vision of Viksit Bharat.
