Sant Nirankari Mission Partners for the Successful Organization of the Global Youth Festival 2025

With the aim of spreading Mahatma Gandhi's eternal ideals of "non-violence, peace, and religious harmony" to the younger generation and strengthening the spirit of global unity, the grand and historic "Global Youth Festival 2025" was organized from October 2nd to October 7th, 2025, at the Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Assandh Road, Panipat, under the joint aegis of the Gandhi Global Family (GGF), the National Youth Project (NYP), and the Sant Nirankari Mission (SNM). This seven-day international festival saw active participation from nearly 400 youth delegates from various countries, including India, making it a powerful platform for the exchange of ideas, cultural exchange, and the message of humanity.

Various programs, running from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, included yoga sessions, shramdaan, dialogues, language classes, and cultural performances. Young artists from India and abroad embodied the spirit of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" through their cultural performances. The organizers made adequate arrangements for free accommodation and food for all participants, ensuring a smooth, easy, and robust participation.

The festival's inaugural ceremony was held on October 3rd, with Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad, President of the Gandhi Global Family, former Union Minister, and former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, as the chief guest. He was accompanied on stage by Mr. Joginder Sukhija, Secretary of the Sant Nirankari Mission, and Mr. Ran Singh Parmar, Secretary of the National Youth Project. The gracious presence of family members of freedom fighters and social workers on various days of the program further enhanced the significance of the event.

On behalf of the Sant Nirankari Mission, the active participation of Mr. Rakesh Mutreja, Member Incharge, Press and Publicity Department, Sant Nirankari Mandal, and Mr. Hemraj Sharma, Coordinator, Publicity Department, was noteworthy. He introduced the youth to the Mission's fundamental principles—"the unity of God, the unity of humanity, and the essence of religion—love"—and explained how universal brotherhood is possible through spiritual harmony, service, and peace.

The sessions held on October 3rd and 4th as part of the "Oneness Talk" dialogue series were chaired by Mr. Rakesh Mutreja and Mr. Hemraj Sharma, respectively. These sessions featured a meaningful exchange of views among the youth on topics such as global citizenship, human sensibilities, social responsibility, and Gandhian ideology. These discussions inspired the youth towards introspection, social participation, and a peaceful future.

At the conclusion of the festival, all participants pledged to assimilate Gandhiji's principles into their lives and become harbingers of peace, cooperation, and goodwill, not only at the individual level but also at the social and global levels. This event was not limited to cultural or educational activities but emerged as a vibrant ideological movement that connected the new generation to the universal values ??of humanity in the light of Gandhian philosophy.
