Dr. Venimadhav Shastri was the identity of Ayurveda. In the whole of India, whenever it came to achievements in Ayurveda, the first name that came was of Dr. Shastri. Not only medicines are made from his formula, but he set such an example in Ayurveda due to which the Ministry of AYUSH gave him the Ayurveda Excellency Award in the year 2019 in New Delhi. Recently, when the Principal Secretary from the Ministry of AYUSH had come to Gwalior, he went to Dr. Venimadhav ji's house and honored him.

On the first remembrance day of the signature of Ayurveda, Rajvaidh Dr. Venimadhav Shastri ji, these sentiments were expressed by the Research Officer of Ayurveda, Dr. Anil Mangal. He said that is why today Regional Ayurveda Research Center Amkho Gwalior organized a free medical checkup and blood test camp in the memory of Pujya Vaidya Dr. Venimadhav ji Shastri. On this occasion, Chamber of Commerce President Dr. Praveen Agarwal said that Pujya Vaidya Ji, whom I used to address as Babu Ji, was a knower of Vedas and Puranas along with Ayurveda. Thus, he was a great scholar. Discuss any topic with him and he would always guide. On one hand, he used to treat with medicines but also used to give peace of mind through religious discussions. He was famous all over India and after getting disappointed from every corner of India, the patient used to come to Vaidya Ji and Vaidya Ji used to give him benefit by giving medicine based on his experience.

On this occasion, Mr. Rahul Gupta said that he remembers that when Babu Ji received the Ayurveda Excellency Award, the Health Secretary while addressing him said that you are the Himalayas of Ayurveda and the country has a lot of hope from you.Today, on the first Smriti Divas, the medical checkup camp which was organized with the cooperation of Regional Ayurveda Research Center Amkho Gwalior, was attended by Dr. M.M. Sharma, Dr. Anil Mangal, Dr. Mohini Tomar along with Radheshyam Kumawat, Pharmacist Manoj Kumar. Lab technician Rajkumar MTA, while providing his services, examined hundreds of patients and also distributed free medicines and took blood samples of many patients for testing, whose report will be given to the patients by calling them on their mobile after the test.

In the end, Dr. Mahendra Pandey, President of Pujya Vaidya Dr. Venimadhav Ji Shastri Smriti Seva Sansthan expressed his gratitude.
