Keeping in mind the convenience of the complainants for resolving the problems of the general public of the state and redressal of complaints, CM Helpline Complaint Portal is being operated. Under which the complaints should be resolved satisfactorily and quickly at the primary level itself, keeping this in mind, Additional Director General of Police (Complaint / H.A.) Police Headquarters Bhopal Shri DC Sagar held a review meeting with Indore Urban Police Officers and Station Incharges.
In the said meeting, Police Commissioner Urban Indore Shri Santosh Kumar Singh, Additional. Police Commissioner (O./P.) Shri Amit Singh, Additional. Police Commissioner (Admn./Chief.) Mr. Manoj Kumar Srivastava along with all Deputy Commissioners of Police of Urban Indore and all police station in-charges were present.
During this, ADG Mr. D.C. Sagar discussed about the resolution of pending complaints of CM Helpline and directed that on priority basis, the complaints of common people's problems should be resolved satisfactorily at level-1 and level-2 level and special emphasis should be given to the resolution of complaints related to kidnapping of minor children and women. All police station in-charges were told that police station is our primary unit, if prompt action is taken here to the satisfaction of the complainants, then the number of complaints at senior level will automatically decrease, so pay special attention to this and not only resolve the complaints, but also take action and make every possible effort to provide complete satisfaction to the complainant.
He told everyone that all of you are hardworking police officers and just as you are doing better work in other areas of policing, in the same way, take special interest in resolving these complaints and try to give your best and always be ready to ensure that the common people get a better police administration under the motto of C.M. Helpline "Jan Hetu-Jan Setu".
On this occasion, Police Commissioner Shri Santosh Kumar Singh told everyone that the police administration is there only for the convenience of the common people and to solve their problems. So even the smallest complaints of the victims should be taken with full seriousness and action should be taken with special priority for their quick and satisfactory resolution. Usually, in case of any problem, the complainant first comes to the police station with a complaint, so first of all, listen to his problem carefully with good behavior, and make every possible effort as per law for its resolution.
And directed to take effective and quick action for resolving the problem of the complainant and inform the applicant as well, and resolve it satisfactorily within the time limit.
