New Delhi, October. The Delhi Powerlifting Sports Association and Roshni Sunlight Foundation NGOs jointly provided kits to the members of the Delhi team participating in the National Bench Press Championship. The National Championship is being organized in Goa from 15 to 18 October. A total of 95 players from Delhi will participate in it. These include players from senior, junior and sub-junior categories.
During this time, Roshni Sunlight Foundation member Mrs. Seema Sharma, Inspector Delhi Police, Amit Sharma, Anil Sharma, social worker and association members Puran Singh, Mahesh Prasad, Vishal Chaturvedi and Kawarjit Singh wished the team. Delhi is expected to win the overall championship this time too. The players from whom more expectations are high include national champion Shobhit, Savita Kumari, Sama Parveen, Sikha Arya, Manish Garg, Shri Om, Rohit, Vivek Ankit Khatri. All the players of the team were given track suits.
