The Energy Minister performed the Bhoomi Pujan of development works in various settlements of Ward-16, 32 and 33 of the city.
The government will leave no stone unturned in the all-round development of all the wards, streets, mohallas and settlements of Gwalior sub-city. The government will not let there be a shortage of resources for the expansion of basic facilities in these settlements. He said that the government has no shortage of funds for development. This was said by the state's Energy Minister Shri Pradyuman Singh Tomar while performing the Bhoomi Pujan of development works in various areas of Gwalior Assembly constituency on Wednesday.
Energy Minister Shri Pradyuman Singh Tomar started his regional tour on Wednesday morning by planting a sapling in Bhagwat Sahay Mahavidyalaya. After this, he inspected Chimni Ka Pura located near the railway crossing of Phoolbagh of Ward 32 under Gwalior sub-city. During this, he resolved the problems of road, sewer, water and electricity on the spot. The Energy Minister reached the slum near the elevated road construction site in Chandra Nagar of Ward 32 and listened to the problems of the residents related to ration, pension and housing and directed immediate action on the spot. He also assured the local residents that efforts will be made to get leases for all the kutcha houses built here. In this episode, Energy Minister Shri Tomar inspected the road, electricity, street light, water and sewerage system in Vikas Nagar. He expressed displeasure at the Municipal Corporation officer on finding flaws in the street light system.
While performing the Bhoomi Pujan of the new sewer line in New Colony No. 3 of Birla Nagar under Ward No. 16, Shri Tomar said that efforts are being made with full seriousness to resolve local problems. He also performed the Bhoomi Pujan of the new sewer line in Sant Ravidas Nagar. On this occasion, SDM Atul Singh, Additional Commissioner Municipal Corporation Munish Singh Sikarwar, Executive Engineer Sushil Katare, Nodal Officer Lallan Sengar, Assistant Engineer Ashok Gupta and Ramsevak Shakya, Sub-Engineer Jagdish Sen, Yogendra Singh Tomar, Akash Srivastava, Senior Leader Arun Singh Tomar, Councilor Mahendra Arya, Councilor Sonu Tripathi, Councilor Sunita Arun Kushwah, former councilors Anjali Raijada and Satish Khatik along with other regional dignitaries were present. Energy Minister Shri Pradyuman Singh Tomar will perform Bhoomi Pujan of road construction work in village Bara and Subhash Nagar Jain Colony of Ward No. 01 of Gwalior-15 Assembly constituency on Thursday, October 10 at 10:30 am. After this, Energy Minister Shri Pradyuman Singh Tomar will perform Bhoomi Pujan of new drain construction work in various streets of village Bara at 1 pm.
