Shakti Abhinandan Abhiyan Girls performed thrilling martial arts.

Program organized under the campaign in the District Sports Complex. In the program organized at the District Sports Complex under the 'Shakti Abhinandan Abhiyan', the girls performed thrilling martial arts. Also proved that girls are fully capable of protecting themselves. In this program organized by the Women and Child Development Department in collaboration with the "District Taekwondo Sports Association", 15 girls performed martial arts. Martial arts was performed by the girls under the guidance of Mr. Ajay Gupta, Secretary of the Taekwondo Association.

It is known that under the 'Shakti Abhinandan Abhiyan', various activities focused on important issues like women leadership based development, women empowerment and women safety are being organized by the Women and Child Development Department. The 'Shakti Abhiyan', which started on 2 October, will run till 11 October.

Collector Smt. Ruchika Chauhan has given instructions to effectively materialize all the activities of the campaign in the district.

District Program Officer Shri Dhirendra Singh said that an initiative of social awareness has been taken under the campaign for the respect and empowerment of women and girls. Under the activities of the campaign, Shakti Poojan Day in Anganwadis, painting competition on women safety in schools, discussion on acts related to women, women awareness rally, dialogue program, increasing participation of women in employment, business, entrepreneurship, respect day for women elders, empowered Vahini registration, safety walk at panchayat and ward level, mental health sensitization, discussion on women participation in development and art exhibition by girls etc. are being organized.

District Program Officer Shri Dhirendra Singh Jadoun, CEO of District Sports Complex Shri Dharamveer Singh Bhadauria, Project Officer Smt. Rekha Tiwari, supervisor, Anganwadi workers and girls were present in the program.
