Date 27.06.2024 – Keeping in view the new Criminal Act-2023 to be implemented from July 01, 2024, under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Gwalior Shri Dharamveer Singh (Bapuse), training was organized in two phases for CCTNS operators and direct recruitment sub-inspectors posted in police stations in the Police Control Room Auditorium Gwalior today. On this occasion, the nodal officer of training, Additional Superintendent of Police Gwalior Shri Akhilesh Rainwal and sub-inspectors and computer operators were present. In the first phase, training was organized for the computer operator of CCTNS regarding the changes in the application. In the second phase of training, training was organized for sub-inspectors. Who were given information related to the new law. During the training, the Superintendent of Police Gwalior told the police officers and employees present that the new law is based on justice, the objective of the police is that the victim gets quick and easy justice through it. In the police department, the investigator is an important link in the entire system and you have to investigate by properly implementing the new laws. All of you should have sympathetic behavior with the victim coming to the police station because it is your behavior that awakens the feeling of trust in the police among the general public.

In the first phase, the Superintendent of Police Gwalior informed the employees posted in CCTNS work in the police stations of the district about the changes made under the new procedures and instructed them to follow them from 01 July 2024. On this occasion, the Superintendent of Police Gwalior told the operators posted in CCTNS work about the importance of training and said that all of you have an important role in bringing the new criminal laws into process. Many changes have been made in the CCTNS application for the implementation of new laws and you will have to enter many new information including information in the online application. He said that before uploading FIR in CCTNS, use the correct section. In the second phase of training, Superintendent of Police Gwalior said that all police officers must download e-collection and e-evidence app in their mobile. All officers/employees should know how to enter photo/video in e-evidence app, for this all of you need to be proficient in the said work and should also share information related to the new law with other investigators. Successful implementation of the new law will happen with mutual cooperation. During the training, an attempt was made to make the present police officers and employees understand the changes made in the CCTNS application towards the implementation of the new law through popper point presentation. On this occasion, the police officers present were given information regarding the changes in the new law and their theoretical and practical aspects and a detailed discussion was held on Zero FIR, e-FIR.

The new criminal law is going to be implemented from 01 July 2024, so on 01 July, women, youth, students, senior citizens, retired police officers, self-help group members, peace committee members and other intellectuals will be invited to all the police stations of the district and made aware by giving information about the new laws.
