The traffic police issued a challan for 54 buses and a court challan for one bus on December 28, 2023.
Gwalior. 28.10.20231 Traffic Police Gwalior is taking effective action by running a campaign against those who violate the Motor Vehicle Act. In the same sequence, on the instructions of Superintendent of Police Gwalior Mr. Rajesh Singh Chandel, BHP, and Additional Superintendent of Police City (East) Traffic, Mr. Rishikesh Meena, BHP, traffic police, under the guidance of DSP Traffic Gwalior Mr. Ajit Singh Chauhan, increased traffic in Gwalior district. In order to reduce the number of road accidents, challan action was taken by checking public buses and school buses at various intersections and triangulations in the city.
In order to reduce the increasing death rate due to road accidents in the district, on December 28, 2023, the traffic police checked the buses at the intersections of the city, namely Vivekananda intersection, bus stand, and Gola ka Mandir intersection. In which about 100 buses were checked. During the said action, challan action was taken against a total of 54 buses, a summons fee of Rs 32000/- was recovered, and a court challan was made for one bus. To make traffic smooth and safe, the traffic police are checking vehicles every day at various places in the city so that road accidents can be reduced.
In the above proceedings, Police Station Incharge Traffic Gola Ka Mandir Himanshu Tiwari, Police Station Incharge Traffic Jhansi Road Abhishek Raghuvanshi, Police Station Incharge Traffic Compu Smt. Sonam Parashar, Police Station Incharge Jhansi Road, and other traffic officers and employees were involved.
