  • The police took out a cycle tricolor rally by seating daughters on cycles and gave the message of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.

On the 78th anniversary of the country’s independence, during the “Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan” campaign, today on 13.08.2024, on the instructions of Superintendent of Police Gwalior Shri Dharmveer Singh (Bapuse), under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police (East/Traffic/Crime) Shri Shiaz K.M. (Bapuse), a tricolor rally was taken out by SDOP Behat Shri Santosh Patel and Police Station Incharge Rajkumar Rajawat along with the villagers in Police Station Hastinapur, in which the youth waved the tricolor with their fathers and grandfathers on their shoulders and chanted Bharat Mata ki jai.

With the help of Hastinapur Higher Secondary School Principal Vedprakash Joshi, the police along with the school children took out a cycle tricolor yatra in the pouring rain to inspire the citizens to hoist the tricolor in every house. The daughters sitting behind the police officers’ bicycles waved the tricolor and gave the message of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, and the police also took out a tricolor cycle rally from Hastinapur Bazaar to the police station premises. The cycle of 24 spokes made in the bicycle and the tricolor was giving the message in the rain that we will not bow down and we will not stop. From Hastinapur police station, PR Vakil Singh Gurjar, constable Nagesh Sharma, Shivam Sengar, Surjeet and Manoj Diwan participated in the tricolor yatra by riding bicycles. The main objective of the tricolor rally is to maintain the pride and glory of the tricolor among the common people and to awaken the feeling of patriotism in their hearts.

Under the “Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan”, Gwalior Police also took out a tricolor rally in other police station areas of the district and inspired the common people to hoist the tricolor in their respective houses. Similarly, a rally was taken out in the Antari Thana area under the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan in which people’s representatives, eminent citizens, school children along with the police force participated. All of them waved the tricolor in Antari town and gave the message to the common people to hoist the tricolor at their homes. Similar programs are being organized in other police station areas as well.
