The public hearing was conducted by Collector Neha Meena at the district headquarters. In the public hearing, the applicants, all the villagers of village Kalapani of Gram Panchayat Padalghati, said that an application was submitted regarding the construction of an asphalt road from the school to Muniya Falia and a culvert on the Negdi River. The applicant Naharsingh’s father Varsingh Ajnar resident of village Bakia tehsil Petlawad said that the non-applicant Balu’s father Nanda Ajnar applied for illegal occupation and sale of government land. The applicant Somla’s father Mulia Parmar resident of village Deoli Manasiya tehsil Rama said that an application was submitted regarding the land being transferred to his name by the opponent by fraud.



Applicant Smt. Saira B, wife of the late Niaz Meghnagar, said that my husband died on 26/12/2022, I have not been able to get the benefit of the scheme of Karmachari Kalyan Mandal of Madhya Pradesh Government. Applicant Rekha Veba Babulal Sharma, a resident of Gram Panchayat Ramgarh Tehsil Petlawad, said that her mother is suffering from a serious illness, due to which she applied to make an Ayushman card. Applicant Thawaribai, the wife of Chuniya Ninama, a resident of the village Bedda Tehsil Petlawad District Jhabua, said that the forest department land was occupied before 2005 and an application was submitted for giving its lease. Applicants from villages Navapada, Ruparel, Kachanaria, Hawarunda, Cantonment, Bhimti of Gram Panchayat Dabdi told that the Secretary and Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat applied for illegal recovery by giving Samagra ID, Birth Certificate ID to some other person. Applicant Shabnam B Qadri resident of Meghnagar district Jhabua said that she submitted an application regarding the non-provision of subsidy for the loan taken under the Karmakar Yojana and taking action on the demand of money in the name of subsidy. Applicant Hemraj’s father Dagu Sonarthi resident of village Parwalia Tehsil Thandla district Jhabua said that she submitted an application regarding the opponents forcibly digging the land, illegally encroaching and blocking the road and quarreling. Applicant Maya’s father Balu Damor resident of village Biyadabar Gram Panchayat Bhutedi said that she applied to not get the benefit of disability pension scheme. Collector Neha Meena directed the concerned officials to resolve the problems within the time limit.


Thus, a total of 58 applications came in the public hearing related to various departments. During this, Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Mr. Jitendra Singh Chauhan, Sub-Divisional Revenue Officer Jhabua Mr. Satyanarayan Darro, Deputy Collector Mr. Harishankar Vishwakarma, Assistant Commissioner Tribal Welfare Department Mrs. Nisha Mehra, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. B.S. Baghel and officers of all departments were present.
