The Collector and Police Captain inspected the preparations for distribution of voting material.

Bureau Chief Rahim Sherani Hindustani | Jhabua | Voting is to be held on May 13 in Ratlam Jhabua parliamentary constituency under the Lok Sabha elections 2024. Under which the preparations related to distribution of voting material were reviewed by Collector and District Election Officer Neha Meena and Superintendent of Police Shri Padma Vilochan Shukla. The Collector and District Election Officer directed to prepare a map layout for parking of all vehicles, routes of vehicles, arrangements for buses carrying polling personnel and traffic arrangements. Along with this, arrangements for vehicles of Sector Officers, temporary 3 to 4 bed dispensary for polling personnel, ALS level ambulance, medical kits for polling parties, arrangement for assembly wise distribution and ensuring seating distribution are being made.

Directed to make proper furniture arrangements and complete all the preparations by May 10. The Superintendent of Police directed to make arrangements for the security teams coming for election work and to do systematic barricading. During this, Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Jitendra Singh Chauhan, Additional Collector S. S. Mujalda, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Petlawad Anil Kumar Rathore, Additional Superintendent of Police P.L. Kurve, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Thandla Tarun Jain, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Jhabua Hari Shankar Vishwakarma, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Meghnagar Mukesh Soni and other officers and employees were present.
