Traditions that have become an example of unity. One of those traditions is such that it is followed even today. The 173-year-old tradition of setting up a Chhabil (water stall) and serving water and sherbet at Karbala ground on Muharram since the time of Maharaja Yashwant Rao Holkar royal family was followed by the Shekhawati Rangrez Samaj. Intezamia Yadgare Shaheed Azam Committee President Abdul Aziz Niazi and Secretary Sachin Singh said that the water stall and Roza Iftar program has been held in the memory of Imam Hussain near the government Tazia at Karbala ground for 173 years, that tradition was continued even today. Hindus and Muslims together followed this tradition. Continuing the tradition, a langar was organized after Roza Iftar at 7:17 pm on the 10th of Muharram. Today on the 18th of July, saplings will be distributed and Naatiya Kalam will be recited and langar will also be served. Similarly, on the last day of Karbala Mela on 19th July, a tree plantation program has been organized along with Zikr-e-Shahadat.
