Spoton English Academy got an ISO Certificate

Spoton English Academy has received ISO 9001:2015 certification from the International Standard Certificate and Europe – UK Accreditation Licensing Standard. Spoton English Academy has become the first non-government institute in the city to receive the ISO standard. Spoton English Academy operators said, “ISO 9001:2015 certification was issued based on transparency in English Speaking Training, curriculum, teacher-student ratio, soft skill training, personality development, American and British accent training, corporate training, assessment, and other parameters.” They further said, “This certification will provide credibility to the data being presented to parents and corporate training.” The certifying body also investigated to verify the claims and documents of Spoton English Academy. Adv. Sameer Khan said that Spoton English Academy deserves congratulations for this achievement. It is the first accent, English speaking and human development institute in the city to be awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification.

The official of the institution issuing the certificate said that before giving certification, the institute considers all aspects including the institute, facilities, and feedback from students and parents.
