Seriously materialize the schemes of the highest priority of the government. In these schemes, the ranking of all the districts of the division should be better in the state. There should not be any laxity in this. Instructions to this effect were given by Divisional Commissioner Mr. Manoj Khatri to the divisional officers of various departments in the divisional inter-departmental coordination meeting.

In the meeting held in the auditorium of the Divisional Commissioner’s Office on Wednesday, Divisional Commissioner Mr. Manoj Khatri emphasized ensuring the implementation of all the announcements made by the Chief Minister in the districts of the division. If there is any technical problem in materializing any announcement, then bring it to notice so that it can be resolved at the state level. He also gave instructions in the meeting to pay special attention to CM monitoring cases and to follow the instructions given by the Chief Minister in the meeting held in Gwalior. Mr. Khatri reviewed the CM monitoring cases department-wise. Divisional Joint Commissioner of Development Mr. GD Dodiyal, CEO of Gwalior Development Authority Mr. Narottam Bhargava, Additional Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Mr. Vijay Raj, Deputy Commissioner of Development Mr. Shiv Prasad and Divisional Nodal Officer Mr. Vishal Singh Tomar and Divisional officers of various departments were present in the meeting.

There will be random checking of CM helpline complaints:

Divisional Commissioner Mr. Manoj Khatri said that no complaint of the CM helpline should remain unattended, otherwise, action will be taken against the concerned officer. He instructed the divisional officers of all departments to resolve the complaints of the CM helpline as a campaign. He also said that he would conduct random checks of pending complaints in every department. If negligence of the officers is found in this, action will be taken against them.

Find a good place for new CM Rise schools:

Divisional Commissioner Mr. Manoj Khatri recently directed to find the best possible place for the new CM Rise schools approved in all the districts. He said that the site selection should be such that a better building of CM Rise School can be constructed. The Divisional Commissioner also said that there should be no compromise with quality in the construction of CM Rise School. Also, there should be no hindrance during the construction of the building. It was informed in the meeting that recently 20 new CM Rise schools have been approved by the government in the division. Apart from this, 30 CM Rise schools are already operating.

Hand pumps and other water sources should be chlorinated regularly:

Keeping in mind the rains, Divisional Commissioner Mr. Manoj Khatri also laid special emphasis on the chlorination of hand pumps and other water sources to provide pure drinking water to the common people. He directed the Superintendent Engineer of PHE to do this work as a campaign in all the districts of the division. Also, the Divisional Joint Director of Public Health Family Welfare was instructed that there should be no laxity in the treatment of seasonal diseases, for this the field staff should work vigilantly and there should be adequate stock of medicines.

Farmers should not have to stand in line for fertilizers and seeds:

Divisional Commissioner Shri Manoj Khatri said that along with procurement, ensure adequate storage of fertilizers and seeds for the Rabi season from now on. The system should be such that farmers do not have to stand in line for fertilizers and seeds. He instructed us to make a strong strategy for the input distribution system by making mutual coordination between the officials of the Agriculture, Cooperation and Marketing Federation keeping in mind the next three to four months. He reviewed the sowing, rainfall and input system in all the districts of the division.

Divisional officers should also visit the settlements benefited by PM Jan-Man:

Divisional Commissioner Shri Manoj Khatri instructed the divisional officers that during their tour, they must visit the settlements dominated by the Sahariya tribe. Know the ground reality of the implementation of schemes by discussing with the families benefited by PM Jan-Man in these settlements. Also, if there is any deficiency, then fulfill it. He instructed the Deputy Commissioner of Tribal Welfare to prepare a format for this.

Divyang Parichay Sammelan should be held in other districts of the division on the lines of Gwalior:

The Divisional Commissioner appreciated the initiative taken to get disabled people married in the Gwalior district. Along with this, he instructed the Joint Director of Social Justice and other concerned officials to make such efforts in other districts of the division as well.

Also gave these instructions:

Divisional Commissioner Mr. Manoj Khatri instructed all the divisional officers that if there is any disease spread or disaster incident in remote areas, then its information should be immediately given at the division and district level, so that help can be provided as soon as possible. He emphasized strengthening the information system for this. Other departments including Women and Child Development, Horticulture, Labor, Public Works, School Education and Animal Husbandry were also reviewed in the meeting.
