Today, on Tuesday, 23.07.2024, a public hearing was organized in the Police Control Room Auditorium located in the SP Office Gwalior to hear the complaints and problems of the general public. Today, in the public hearing organized at the Superintendent of Police office, the problems and complaints of 190 applicants from the city and rural areas were heard and assurance was given to take legal action on their complaint. In today’s public hearing, Superintendent of Police Gwalior Shri Dharamveer Singh (Bapuse) was present with the police officers and patiently listened to every complainant who came with the complaint and directed the concerned officers to resolve the complaint soon. The Superintendent of Police Gwalior has directed the concerned to take legal action within the time limit on all the complaint applications received in the public hearing. Applicants from city and rural areas were present in the public hearing organized at the Superintendent of Police office today. Most of the complaints received were related to family disputes, land disputes, disputes between husband and wife, cyber-related and action-related to pending cases. A total of 1.90 complaint applications were submitted by the applicants in today’s public hearing.
During today’s public hearing, Additional Superintendent of Police (East) Mr. Shiaz K.M. (BPS), Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) Mr. Niranjan Sharma, CSP Lashkar Mr. Ayush Gupta (BPS), CSP Maharajpura Mr. Nagendra Singh Sikarwar, CSP Gwalior Kiran Ahirwar, SDOP Behat Santosh Patel, SDOP Dabra Vivek Sharma, SDOP Bhitarwar Jitendra Nagaich and other police officers also heard the problems of the applicants.
