Public dialogue organized on International Thalassemia Day in Indore Press Club.

This important health related information was expressed by Bonemero transplant specialist Dr. Prachi Chaudhary in a program organized on International Thalassemia Day at Indore Press Club.

Madhya Pradesh Thalassemia Welfare Society continuously runs awareness programs. In this sequence, International Thalassemia Day was celebrated with a conceptual event by the Society Madhya Pradesh Thalassemia Welfare Society. Madhya Pradesh Thalassemia Welfare Society State President Chandrashekhar Sharma and Secretary Ms. Vandana Sharma said that a public dialogue program was organized in the Indore Press Club auditorium on the topic of Thalassemia prevention and treatment. In which lectures by expert doctors were also given. In the public dialogue, the main speakers Dr. Akshay Lahoti, Hematologist of MY Hospital, Pediatrician Dr. Prachi Chaudhary and Dr. Sharad Pandit created awareness about prevention of Thalassemia disease.

The regional public dialogue program was started with the lighting of the lamp. Social worker Amit Jain, Secretary of Abhyas Mandal Dr. Malasingh Thakur, Pankaj Fatehchandani, Hemlata Ajmera were present as chief guests. The program was presided over by Dr. Sharad Pandit, former Joint Director of the Health Department. The welcome speech was given by organization president Chandrashekhar Sharma.

The guests were welcomed by Secretary Vandana Sharma, Vice President Mukesh Kairo, Sanjay Sharma, Hemlata Ajmera, Captain Israr Nashtri, Lata Sharma, Manisha Joshi etc. The program was well coordinated by Tahir Kamal Siddiqui. A large number of dignitaries participated in the program.
