During vehicle checking, Ujjain police took challan action against e-rickshaw/auto drivers without number plate, helmet, without seatbelt, no parking, without uniform and for not having sufficient documents.

Gulshan Paruthi | Ujjain | To make the traffic system smooth in the city and to prevent road accidents in the city, vehicle checking was done by Ujjain Police. Vehicle checking is being done regularly by the police team under the leadership of the police station traffic in-charge, B.D.D.S. and all the police station in-charges of the district at different points under all the police station areas of the district. During the vehicle checking, challan action was taken against a total of 31 drivers of e-rickshaw/auto without number plate, modified vehicle, not having valid documents, without helmet, triple riding, no parking, without seat belt, without uniform and summon fee of Rs 10300/- was deposited in the government treasury.

During the checking of suspects/goons/history sheeters/district banned accused, preventive action was taken against a total of 17 non-applicants under section 151, 98 non-applicants under section 107,116, 07 non-applicants under section 110 and bound over was done. 01 permanent warrant, 46 arrest warrants, 89 bailable warrants were executed by city/rural police station.
