For this purpose, as per the instructions of Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority Jabalpur and Principal District Judge, Chairman District Legal Services Authority Mr. PC Gupta, a one-day online training program was organized for the panel lawyers appointed by the District Legal Services Authority Gwalior in the Juvenile Justice Board. In the said training program, Shri Ashish Dawande, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Gwalior, gave training about the schemes of National and Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority and the duties and responsibilities of the panel lawyers working in the Juvenile Justice Board in legal aid cases.
Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board, Smt. Rupali Uike provided detailed information to the panel lawyers about the provisions of the Juvenile Justice Children (Care and Protection) Act 2015 and the Juvenile Justice Model Rules, 2016. Online operation of the program and expression of gratitude was expressed by District Legal Aid Officer Shri Deepak Sharma. Panel advocates working in the Juvenile Justice Board were mainly present online in the program.
