Phoolbehad-Kheri. The responsible officers present in the police station listen to the complaints of the people and also resolve the problems but most of the complainants get only empty assurances, due to some reason legal action is not taken, one such case was seen in the Phoolbehad police station area. According to the information, Shravan Kumar, son of Shiv Shankar, a resident of village Laukiha of the police station area, who reached the Kotwali Phoolbehad police with a complaint, said that on March 28, 2024, he got a mobile on installment for Ajay Kumar Pandey, son of Deendayal, on his ID, after that the opponent Ajay Pandey did not deposit the installment every month. I told him many times to deposit the installment amount of the mobile, many calls were coming to me from the financier and the financier has also come to the house many times. I also paid three installments at the request of the opponent Ajay Pandey, the amount of which is Rs 1,450 for one installment, after again I asked the opponent Ajay Pandey, a resident of Laukiha, to deposit the installment, but now he is not talking clearly nor paying the installments of the mobile, fed up with this, on 01 July 2024. I gave a written complaint letter to the Phoolbehad police and requested to get the money, although I was called to the Phoolbehad police station on July 14, 2024, where the opponent Ajay Pandey and former Pradhan An agreement was reached between the current Pradhan representative of Pune, Sumit Tiwari, and the police team present, to pay the money in two installments, to which I agreed. According to the settlement agreement, 11,000 rupees were to be given to the opponent Ajay Pandey, son of Deendayal, resident of Laukiha. It was decided to pay 5,000 rupees on 15 August 2024 and 6,000 on 25 November 2024 in the presence of all the above.
The complainant Shravan Kumar said that when he asked for 5,000 rupees from the opponent Ajay Pandey, resident of Laukiha, on the decided date of 15 August 2024, he flatly refused to give the money and started abusing and threatening me. When I told him about the settlement agreement in the presence of the police and the responsible persons, he said you take the money from him, I am not going to give it, go anywhere, I will not provide it at the moment. Fed up with this, on August 16, 2024, again by providing a written complaint to the Phoolbehad police, a copy of the settlement agreement was attached and the agreed amount has been demanded to be returned and strict action has been taken against the accused Ajay Pandey.
