Municipal President Jhabua inaugurated the Dastak Abhiyan by giving Vitamin A to the children

Dastak Abhiyan launched from 25 June to 27 August 2024 Dastak Abhiyan First Phase cum IDCF District Hospital Jhabua.

Municipal President Mrs. Kavita Singar inaugurated the campaign by giving Vitamin A to the children.

Under the direction of Collector Neha Meena, the Health Department is conducting the Dastak Abhiyan in coordination with the Women and Child Development Department. A joint team of field workers, ANM Asha and Anganwadi workers will go door to door to children up to 5 years of age and conduct activities to ensure their medical examination and necessary treatment management. In the district, 275 Dastak teams will go door to door and provide services to 145635 children.

Keeping in view the rainy season, ORS and Zinc tablets will be made available to all children to avoid diarrhea.

During this, District Health Officer Dr. NK Pathan, Civil Surgeon Dr. ML Malviya, RMO Dr. Sawan Singh Chauhan, DPM RR Khanna, Sickle Cell Nodal Dr. Sandeep Chopra, Kailash Charpota, Media Incharge Prem Daniel, Hospital Manager Akhilesh Baghel, Bharat Bilwal Steward Sunil Kanungo, Pranay Tempere M&E Officer, Mukesh Yadav DCM, Yadavendra Bhadoria UNICEF Advisor and other officers and employees were present.
