The festival of Shri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated by the State Press Club, Madhya Pradesh with an evening adorned with the triveni of singing, playing and dancing. The event started with a mesmerizing performance of famous Krishna bhajans by the famous flute player and singer Shri Alok Bajpai. During the performance, the audience was so immersed in devotion that even when the power went out in between, Shri Bajpai kept singing without sound and music and the audience kept dancing happily. In the next phase, under the direction of Zumba instructor Shri Ami, the participants performed a modern-style dance full of energy on Krishna bhajans. The dramatic dance performed by the artist Shri Pankaj Chauhan who played the role of Lord Krishna also received a lot of praise.

At the beginning of this Bhakti Sandhya organized in Abhinav Kala Samaj Auditorium, the chief guest Ms. Archana Didi of ISKCON was welcomed by the club president Mr. Praveen Kumar Khariwal and joint Prime Minister of Abhinav Kala Samaj Satyakam Shastri. A large number of religious devotees from different areas attended the program.
