During Haj, Hajis prayed for peace in the country.
The process of Hajis from Meghnagar Jhabua district returning to their homeland, who went on Haj pilgrimage, is continuing and will continue in the future too. The group of Hajis returning after completing the rituals of Haj and the pilgrimage of Mecca-Medina in about 42 days, were warmly welcomed on reaching Meghnagar railway station and home. Haji Janab Aslam Bhai Sherani, a Haj Pilgrimage One Class Contractor from Meghnagar Nayapura, was welcomed by his family, friends and relatives. Haji Aslam Bhai Sherani, with tears of joy in his eyes, visited all the houses of his society (mohalla) before going home and hugged and greeted them.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) has said that one hundred and twenty blessings of Allah Jall shanuhu are showered on that house (Mecca) every day, out of which eight are on those who perform Tawaf, forty on those who offer prayers there and twenty on those who see the Baitullah.
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (RA) says:
Tabai says that whoever sees the Kaaba with faith and belief, becomes as pure from sins and sins as if he was born today.
Abu Saib Madani (RA):
It is said that whoever looks at Kaaba with faith and serenity, his sins fall off like leaves fall from a tree and the person who sits in the mosque and looks at Baitullah, even if he does not offer Tawaf or Nafl Namaz, is better than the person who offers Nafl Namaz in his house and does not look at Baitullah.
Hazrat Ata (RA):
It is said that looking at Baitullah is also an act of worship and the one who looks at Baitullah is like the one who stays awake at night, fasts during the day, and goes out in the way of Allah and turns towards Allah.
Calls of scholars on the virtues of Hajj.
- It is mentioned in the virtues of Hajis and Hazrat Muhammad Sall said this. He said that a Haji never becomes a beggar i.e. (After performing Hajj, a Haji will never see poverty. Hafiz Mohsin Patel, Imame Markaz Meghnagar, Jhabua)
- He further said that when a Haji returns after performing Hajj, he becomes as if he was born from his mother’s womb today itself i.e. he has come into this world innocent (Maulana Ruhul Amin, Markaz Meghnagar, Jhabua)

Aslam Bhai Sherani, who has returned from Hajj, said that performing Hajj gives true spiritual peace, which cannot be described in words. He said that after going to Mecca and Medina, special prayers were also offered for the progress, prosperity, comfort and peace of India.
