Gwalior Police Women Awareness Campaign Nirbhaya Mobile Team Educates Students on Crime Prevention

Gwalior Gulshan Paruthi 16.02.2024. Instructions of Superintendent of Police Gwalior Shri Rajesh Singh Chandel, BHPUS and Additional. Under the guidance of Superintendent of Police City (Central) Mr. Akhilesh Rainwal and DSP Women Safety Gwalior Mrs. Kiran Ahirwar, a women’s awareness campaign is being run in various schools, educational institutions and public places of Gwalior district. Under the said campaign, today on 16.02.2024, the girl students studying in Padma Vidyalaya located in Kampu area were made aware by giving information by Nirbhaya Mobile in-charge Subedar Sonam Parashar regarding crimes happening nowadays, women related and good touch bed touch. Apart from about 500 school girls, school staff were also present on this occasion.

As per the instructions of senior police officers, under the guidance of DSP Women Safety Gwalior Mrs. Kiran Ahirwar, Nirbhaya mobile team in-charge Subedar Sonam Parashar today informed the girl students studying in Padma Vidyalaya under Kampu area about the crimes happening nowadays and crimes related to women, and good touch, bed touch etc. They were made aware by giving information and were also made aware about Madhya Pradesh Police’s dial 100/112 service and 1090 women’s helpline and the students present were told not to be afraid in case of any emergency nor to hide any incident. If any incident happens to you, immediately inform your parents and the police. The schoolgirls present were informed about the daughter’s box and how they can put their complaints in the box. On this occasion, school children were also given information regarding Good Touch Bed Touch. Apart from this, during patrolling, the boys roaming around schools and colleges unnecessarily were also given instructions by the Nirbhaya mobile team.
