Grid capacity increased for the colonies of Dewas Road.

Tahir Kamal Siddiqui | Indore | With the increase in electricity demand in the colonies falling under Dewas Road Mahalaxmi Zone of the city, the capacity of the grid has been expanded. During the scorching heat, there was a 15 percent increase in electricity demand here. Due to this, under the guidance of City Circle Superintending Engineer Manoj Sharma, the capacity of Mangalia Road power substation has been increased by 2 MW to 10 MW. With the increase in capacity, about 5 thousand electricity consumers of Kansa Green, Ansal, Panchavati, Mangalia, Lasudia Mori, Arandiya, SDA Compound, Talawali Chanda area will get better quality electricity than before. Executive Engineer Rajesh Dubey, Vinay Pratap Singh, High Pressure Incharge Dharmendra Panwar, Mahalaxmi Zone Incharge PK Mishra, Akhilesh Mandloi, Sandeep Prajapat etc. had commendable cooperation in expanding the capacity of the grid.
