Due to the arbitrariness of Mohan Ganawa, president of Adivasi Jati Sahakari Sanstha Limited Naugawan Tehsil Meghnagar, eight directors of the institution submitted their resignation to the Deputy Commissioner of Cooperation, Jhabua. Directors Shankar Singh Rathore, Jawaharlal Mohanlal Baria, Mrs. Savita Vicky Dodiyar, Gamel Singh Dola Vaghela, Tinu Singh Parmar, Kana Baria, Mrs. Sabudi Mukesh Katara, Ram Singh Damor alleged in their resignation that they are upset with the working style and arbitrary attitude of the president of the institution, Mohan Ganawa. The president of the institution does not listen to any director, he takes whatever decisions he has to make himself and also holds meetings. After the directors were frustrated by his continuous neglect, they submitted their resignation.
The organization president Ganawa has a discriminatory attitude towards the directors and whatever decision has to be taken within the organization, he takes it himself and his behavior is not cordial with any director.
