Free and competent legal aid should be available to every section of the society and no member of the weaker section of the society should be deprived of the opportunity to get justice due to financial or other disabilities. It should be ensured that the enforcement of the legal system promotes justice based on an equal opportunity, the above views were expressed by District and Additional Sessions Judge Shri Ravi Jharola while addressing the Legal Literacy Camp organized at Saraswati Shishu Mandir Kedarpur Gwalior as the Chief Guest under the guidance of Principal District Judge and Chairman District Legal Services Authority Shri PC Gupta, along with this, Shri Jharola provided information to the students about cyber crime, restrained use of social media tools and practical provisions of the Information and Technology Act.

  • The program was started by lighting the lamp and garlanding the statue of Maa Saraswati.

Addressing the program, District Legal Services Authority Secretary District Judge Mr. Ashish Dwande gave detailed information on the nation’s pride, fundamental rights, and fundamental duties and said that following fundamental duties is a necessity to establish a cultured nation, therefore, being a citizen of India, it is the responsibility of every person to imbibe the fundamental duties and ensure their observance. In the program, Civil Judge Junior Division Mr. Vivek Sharma provided information about the Motor Vehicle Act, the procedure for filing the First Information Report, and other practical provisions. In the program, District Legal Aid Officer Mr. Deepak Sharma provided information about NALSA Child-Friendly Legal Services and Their Protection Scheme 2015, free legal aid, and NALSA toll-free number 15100. The program was conducted by the school’s Acharya Mr. Ashish Gupta and the guest introduction, welcome speech, and vote of thanks were done by the school’s Principal Mr. Amit Kumar Srivastava. In the program, the fundamental duties were recited by student Mr. Sanskar Sharma. On this occasion, teachers of the school Mr. Rajkumar Mishra, Mr. Mohar Singh Dhakad, Dr. Ekta Agarwal, Mrs. Shobha Awasthi, Mr. Ram Niwas Baghel, Mr. Dipesh Chaturvedi, Mr. Gajendra Dubey, Mr. Balveer Singh Solanki along with students of the school were present.
