Ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach all eligible needy people. A meeting of the District Planning Committee was held under the chairmanship of Minister-in-charge Shri Patel. A meeting of the District Planning Committee was held in the District Panchayat Auditorium, Bhind under the chairmanship of Minister-in-charge of the district and Panchayat and Rural Development, Labor Minister of Madhya Pradesh Government, Shri Prahlad Patel. During this, New and Renewable Energy Minister Shri Rakesh Shukla, Regional MP Smt. Sandhya Rai, BJP District President Shri Devendra Singh, District Panchayat President Smt. Kamna Singh Bhadauria, Narwariya, MLA Bhind Shri Narendra Singh Kushwaha, MLA Lahar Shri Ambrish Sharma, Collector Shri Sanjeev Srivastava, SP Dr. Asit Yadav and other officers and public representatives were present.
- – The meeting started with the national anthem.
- – In-charge Minister Shri Prahlad Patel first introduced himself to all the officers present in the meeting.
- – He took information regarding the roads currently in progress in the district under the Pradhan Mantri Sadak Yojana. He took information about how many kilometers of roads are there in which assembly of the district, and how much percent of the work is complete.
- – He took information about the roads of the first phase, the culverts built on them, and the proposals sent to the government.
- – He took information about the maintenance work going on on the roads in the district and gave necessary guidelines.
In-charge Minister Shri Prahlad Patel reviewed the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural). Taking information about the total houses in the district, he said how many houses are there which are being built at a slow pace, how many houses are there in which no work has been started yet and took information about recovery of the amount from them. He directed the officials and said that recovery action should be taken from those houses in which work has not been done. Also, recovery should be done from such housing beneficiaries who are in the ineligible category. He took information about the houses given in the villages of Dang, Gurikha, Teton of Gohad under the Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana, Jan Dhan Bank Account, Aadhar Card, Ayushman Card, Caste Certificate, Kisan Credit Card, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, Ration Card and gave necessary guidelines. He took information from all the CEOs of Janpad Panchayat about the plantation work done in the district area and panchayats, the security arrangements for the plants and gave necessary guidelines.
The Minister-in-charge Shri Patel took information about the work being done through the departments and directed to ensure progress within the time limit. While giving necessary instructions to all the officers regarding the effective implementation of the schemes at the field level, he said that the benefits of the government schemes should be given to all the needy eligible persons.
