Bureau Chief Rahim Sherani Hindustani | Jhabua | Training of presiding officers is being organized at Shaheed Chandrashekhar Azad Government Post Graduate College, Jhabua. Collector and District Election Officer Neha Meena inspected the training and took stock of the training being given through EVM Lab.

What is EVM Lab – To provide quality training to the trainees, 3 theoretical and 3 experimental rooms have been prepared at each training center. In the experimental room, arrangements were made to provide information regarding EVMs to all the polling officers by master trainers. So that various processes of EVM operation can be done by the Presiding Officer himself.

Collector and District Election Officer Neha Meena told the trainees that all the presiding officers should establish coordination with their polling team because for the smooth completion of the election process, it is necessary for the entire polling team to work in coordination. Along with this, he said that in polling stations where there are more than 1200 voters, an additional P2 will be arranged in the polling parties. Reserve team will be present with all the sector officers, they can be used as per requirement. For the convenience of polling parties, e-Sarthi app has been created which will ensure easy access to polling stations. Arrangements are being made at every polling station to protect from the heat so that both the polling party and the voters can get convenience. Along with this, a meditation session for the polling parties was also organized for stress-free elections, so that the polling parties can complete the election work in a stress-free manner.
