Parbhani (Anil Shete) Prayagbai Venkatrao Shete, an elderly woman from Lawyer Colony of Gangakhed city, died of old age at around 10 pm on Thursday, 22 February. His age was 90 at the time of death. His last rites were performed at the Veerashaiva Lingayat crematorium on Friday. He has a large family of three children and four daughters, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and grandchildren. She was the mother of retired revenue office officials Kamlakar Shete and Arun Shete.
