Court order to file fraud cases against wife including her relatives for concealing her illness.

There has been an uproar after the court ordered to file a case against the wife and her relatives who hid her illness from her husband.

The detailed report in this regard is that Sumedh Bhimrao Ganveer, a 34-year-old resident of Guddhi Taluka District Akola lives with his father and sister. The said youth was suggested by the intermediary woman to give a good girl from Amravati a place and accordingly brought to the same place. The said place was shown by a woman named Shalu Khobragade to the daughter of Bhaskar Dadarao Landge and Sunita Bhaskar Landge named Sneha as a wedding place for Sumedh. Akash Bhaskar Landge along with her brother Bhimrao Ghodeswar were also involved in the site showing and marriage ceremony. After that, they got engaged and got married on May 3, 2023. After a few days, the new wife’s behavior did not show normality, and the husband suspected that he had been cheated, so immediately after one and a half months, the new wife was medically examined in Akola on 19th June 2023. In that, it was noticed that the said wife has a serious disease and this disease will increase in the future. The doctor also gave a check-up certificate. After that, when the wife was asked for confidence, she said that I had a disability certificate from the government hospital in Amravati and I had been suffering from this disease for many years. I and all my related people married you without telling you about this disease. After hearing the said narration, on 6 July 2023, a formal written complaint was given to the Civil Line Police Station and the District Superintendent of Police and a request was made to file a complaint of fraud, but the police refused to file a complaint as the said crime cannot be a crime.

After that, the duped husband Sumedh did not agree with this, so he decided to go to his lawyer Sumit Mahesh Bajaj, lawyer Varsha Sadar and lawyer Kunal Shinde to fight a court battle. After that Bhandvi went to the court and appealed to the court under Section 156 (3), Joint JMFC Judge N. D. Jadhav’s court filed the said complaint and ordered them to file a case, but there has been a stir.
