Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, while participating in the program organized at Burari, Hiranki, Delhi on Wednesday, performed Bhoomi Pujan of Shri Kedarnath Temple (Delhi) and laid the temple’s foundation stone.
The Chief Minister said that the construction of the Kedarnath Temple in Delhi will fulfill the wishes of all Shiva devotees. Burari area is mentioned in our mythological texts. This area is also associated with the Mahabharata period. Baba Kedarnath ji’s Dham, the original identity of Uttarakhand and Sanatan culture in the holy land of Burari, will become a modern symbol of our culture and faith. He said this temple would strengthen the faith of Shiva devotees and Sanatan culture. This temple will work to connect faith to life, man to Mahadev, society to spirituality, and the present generation to ancient culture.
The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the flag of Sanatan culture is spreading all over the world. Under the able leadership of the Prime Minister, the construction of Mahakal Lok in Ujjain, the construction of the grand Kashi Corridor, the construction of Lord Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya have taken place, apart from this, the reconstruction work of Shri Kedarnath and Shri Badrinath is going on. He said that this period is the period of revival of the Sanatan culture of India. Today, guests coming from abroad are welcomed by presenting Shrimad Bhagwat Gita.

The Chief Minister said that this time Yoga Day was organized in Adi Kailash, the purpose of which was to reach the holy places of our state like Shri Kedarnath Dham, and Adi Kailash to the people. He said that today the whole world has accepted yoga.
The Chief Minister said that the state government is continuously working for the upliftment of Sanatan culture. The number of devotees coming to Char Dham is increasing continuously every year. Along with the four Dhams, other religious places are also being developed rapidly. The state government is determined to ensure the smooth conduct of the Char Dham Yatra. Under the Manaskhand Yatra, the development work of the mythological temples of the Kumaon region is going on. Preparations are also being completed by the state government for the upcoming Kavad fair. He said that along with teaching the lesson of devotion and faith, Sanatan culture also creates a sense of kindness, compassion, humanity and national service within us. He said that the Kedarnath Dham being built in the Burari area will inspire the entire humanity.
On this occasion, Union Minister of State for Road and Transport Shri Ajay Tamta, Mahamandaleshwar Kailashanand Giri Ji Maharaj, Swami Rajendrananda, Gopal Mani Maharaj, MLA Shri Mahesh Jina, MLA Dr. Pramod Nainwal, MLA Shri Sandeep Jha, Shri Surendra Rautela, Shri Jai Narayan Agarwal and others were present.
