Divisional Commissioner Mr. Khatri gave instructions in the inter-departmental coordination meeting.
A lump sum amount will be provided to the beneficiary women of Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana in the month of Shravan in addition to the amount of Rs 1250 released every month on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. The Aabhar Saha Uphaar program will also be organized in selected districts of the state under the chief hospitality of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. In other districts also, programs will be organized under the chief hospitality of the ministers of the state. The Aabhar Saha Uphaar program should be organized with full dignity and enthusiasm in all the districts of the Gwalior division. Departmental officers should also set up stalls of their respective departments at the venue.
Divisional Commissioner Mr. Manoj Khatri has given these instructions to the departmental officers while reviewing the departmental schemes in the division-level inter-departmental coordination committee meeting on Thursday. He said that the products being prepared by women’s self-help groups should also be displayed at the venue. Cultural programs should also be organized in the program. Divisional Commissioner Shri Khatri has also directed all the departmental officers to prepare a detailed folder of the public welfare schemes of their respective departments and submit it to the Commissioner’s office so that the schemes can be reviewed from time to time.
In the meeting, the departmental officers gave information about the progress of the schemes of their respective departments.
