Bahodapur police station action against vicious thieves.

Police arrested ten thieves who stole Donda from Sudarshan Cold Store in Transport Nagar along with the stolen goods.

22 sacks of stolen donda (big cardamom) and a Mahindra tractor trolley were recovered from the caught thieves.

Bureau Chief Pawan Paruthi | MP Gwalior | Superintendent of Police, Gwalior Shri Dharamveer Singh, BHP has directed all the police station in-charges of the district to curb the incidents of theft and catch the thieves. Following the instructions of the Superintendent of Police, Gwalior, Additional Superintendent of Police (Central) Mr. Akhilesh Rainwal instructed the subordinate police station in-charges to activate the informer system and search for the accused wanted in the crimes of theft and embezzlement.

As per the instructions of senior officers, under the able guidance of CSP Gwalior Mrs. Shubha Srivastava, a team of the police station was deployed by the station in-charge Bahodapur Inspector Jitendra Singh Tomar to expose the incident of theft under IPC 344/24 section 457,380 of the IPC. During the investigation, the police team received information from the informer on 12.05.2024 that behind TP Nagar Kalari, two persons were discussing with the people about selling Doda (big cardamom) which was being considered a suspicious symbol. Based on the above information, the police team went behind TP Nagar Kalari, the place mentioned by the informer, and saw two suspicious persons of the same description as the informer standing there, who started running away after seeing the police team, but the police team surrounded both the suspects and caught them taken. On asking the names and addresses of the two arrested suspects, they told their names as Asharam Kushwaha and Jitendra Kushwaha.

When both the arrested suspects were interrogated by the police team regarding the theft case of Bahodapur police station, they tried to mislead the police team. When thoroughly interrogated by the police team, he along with his other eight associates confessed to theft of 22 bags of Donda (Big Cardamom) from Sudarshan Cold Store in Transport Nagar. After which the police team arrested the said two thieves in the case of UPC 344/24 Section 457,380 IPC of Police Station Bahodapur and interrogated them regarding their other associates and the stolen sacks of Donda (big cardamom), then they told that our All the friends are filling the sacks of Donda in a red colored Mahindra tractor and going towards Jalalpur. When the police team went to Jalalpur on the suspicion of the said thieves, they saw eight people sitting in a tractor trolley near the bridge. When the police team stopped and checked it, they found 22 sacks of Donda (big cardamom) kept in it. The police team duly seized 22 sacks of stolen Donda from the tractor trolley and arrested the above eight persons in the theft case of Bahodapur police station.

Details of the incident :-

Let it be known that on 12.05.2024, the complainant Sanjeev Gupta, son of Late. Shri Harvansh Lal Gupta, resident of Gupta Coal Depot, Laxmiganj Road, Hanuman Square, Janakganj, Gwalior, had lodged a report in the police station Bahodapur that behind Sudarshan Petrol Pump, I have a cold store in the name of Sudarshan Fruits and Vegetables in Transport Nagar, where fruits and groceries were kept. lives. This morning when I went to my cold store, there was a hole (big hole) in the back wall of the cold store. When I opened the shutter of the cold store with my staff, the goods were lying scattered and when I checked the goods kept in the cold store, 22 bags of Donda (big cardamom) were missing. Based on the said report, a case of IPC- 344/24 Section 457,380 IPC was registered against the thieves in Bahodapur police station and taken up for investigation.

(1) Raghuraj Kushwaha, son of Dwarika Prasad, resident of Dalgaiya, Pura police station, Bagchini district, Morena.

(2) Asharam Kushwaha, son of Jasiram Kushwaha, resident of Bagchini Chowkhatta police station, Bagchini district, Morena.

(3) Jitendra Kushwaha, son of Ramesh Kushwah, resident of village Dagaria, Pura police station, Jaura district, Morena.

(4) Sushil Kushwaha son of Kanchan Singh Kushwaha resident of Sardarpur police station, Jaura district, Morena.

(5) Ramkishan Kushwaha son of Hakim Singh Kushwaha resident of Dalgaian Pura police station Bagchini district, Morena.

(6) Balveer Singh Kushwaha son of Kachan Singh Kushwaha resident of Sardarpur police station Jaudh district, Morena.

( 7) Jitendra Singh Kushwaha, son of Lohare Singh Kushwaha, resident of village Barauli Panna, Pura, Bagchini district, Morena.

(8) Luvkush Prajapati alias Lucky son of Kalluram Prajapati, resident of village Barauli Panna, behind Prajapati Mohalla, police station Bagchini, district Morena.

(9) Niranjan Singh Kushwaha, son of Bhamar Singh Kushwaha, resident of village Dalgadon, Pura police station, Bagchini district, Morena.

(10) Rohit Kushwaha, son of Jasiram Kushwaha, resident of Bagchini Chaukhatta, police station Bagchini, district Morena.

Recovered goods: Mashruka :- One Mahindra tractor trolley, 22 sacks of Donda (big cardamom), total value of Rs 19 lakh 80 thousand.
