Indore District Bench Press Championship was organized. Arsh Khan of FFC Gym got a gold medal in the 59 kg group.

Shadab Ansari got a silver medal in the 74 kg group. Nasir Khan got a bronze medal in the 66 kg group. FFC Gym Director Fayaz Ansari congratulated the medal winners. Indore Corporation Powerlifting Championship was inaugurated by international powerlifter Ramesh Namdev, NIS coach Jitendra Swami, Shriram Tare, Rajesh Parmar, and Vikas Joshi. Special guests were DSP Geeta Chauhan Rekha Agarwal. Journalist Vinod Sharma presided over the program. Louis Norhonna, Vimal Prajapat, Jagdish Rathore, and Yogendra Hardia were present on this occasion. The role of judges was played by Rajeshwar Verma, Aditya Dwivedi, Akhilesh Mandloi, Dilip Bhuria, and Jitendra Chauhan. Jitendra Swami conducted the event and Vikas Joshi expressed his gratitude.
