Administrative staff came into action after the Guna accident, with the joint action of the transport, police, and revenue departments.

In which challan action was taken against a total of 11 vehicles and a fine of Rs 83,300 was imposed. During the proceedings, action was taken mainly against vehicles driven without permits, in which a fine of Rs 25,800 was imposed on the bus of Himalaya School, Thandla, and Rs 45,000 on the bus of Florent School, Thandla.

In the past too, both of these school operators were given notice by the RTO for visiting the school, but for not taking any action, a heavy fine was imposed. During the proceedings, District Transport Officer Smt. Kritika Mohta, Tehsildar Palkesh Parmar, and Subedar Dharmendra Patel were present along with their teams.
