Action of Chinaur Police Station in view of Lok Sabha General Election.

Bureau Chif Sandeep Shukla | Gwalior | Police arrested four miscreants travelling in a car and seized a 315 bore loaded pistol and 08 water electric motors from their possession In 2024 . Keeping in view the Lok Sabha General Election 2024, on the instructions of Superintendent of Police Gwalior Shri Dharmveer Singh, IPS, Gwalior Police is taking effective action in the district against miscreants possessing illegal weapons and those buying and selling illegal weapons. During the said action today on 24.03.2024, Chinaur Police Station received information through an informer that some person is going from Urda village to Banwar village in a gray colored Cervolet car number MP07-CC-8578 near the brick kiln of Jagmohan Prajapati under Chinaur Police Station area with the intention of committing a serious crime. Senior officials were informed about the above information, on which Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) Shri Niranjan Sharma directed the police team of Chinaur police station to verify the above information and take action. In compliance with the instructions of senior officials, under the able guidance of SDOP Bhitarwar Shri Jitendra Nagaich, Police Station Incharge Chinaur SI Rajiv Birathre sent the team of police force to take action near the brick kiln of Jagmohan Prajapati, Urva Vanwar Road Chinaur, as told by the informer. The police team went to Urva Road Chinaur near the brick kiln of Jagmohan Prajapati and set up vehicle checking, after some time a car number MP07-CC-8578 of the colour mentioned by the informer was seen coming from Urva village, which was stopped and checked with the help of accompanying force, four persons were found in it. When the driver was taken out and questioned, the driver told his name and address as Jaisingh son of Ratiram Gurjar, resident of village Ghirongi, police station Malanpur, district Bhind. When he was searched by the police, a country made 315 bore pistol was found in his lower on the right side of his waist. When the pistol was opened and checked, a live round was found inside its barrel. Later, the 315 bore pistol and live round were duly seized from the said person on the spot and a case under section 25/27 of Arms Act was registered against the driver of the car. When the police searched the trunk of the car, a water motor was found kept in it. When all the four persons were questioned about it, no satisfactory answer was given. When the police brought all the persons travelling in the car to the police station and interrogated them separately, all the four persons admitted that on the night of 20.03.2024 and 21.03.2024, we four persons had stolen a total of 8 electric water motors from village Urva and nearby villages and we had hidden them in our fields. On the information given by the four persons, the police seized a total of 7 electric motors from the tube well and wheat fields of Bhuri Jat in village Urva, out of which 4 motors were admitted to be stolen from the police station Ghatigaon area and 3 motors were admitted to be stolen from the police station Chinaur area. Inquiry is being conducted regarding the remaining one motor and the police station Ghatigaon has also been informed in this regard.

Arrested accused:- 1. Jaisingh son of Ratiram Gurjar resident of village Ghirongi police station Malanpur district Bhind – has 11 cases of attempt to murder and assault registered against him in Malanpur police station of Bhind district.

  1. Bunty alias Charan Jat son of Albel Singh Jat resident of village Sihauli police station Maharajpura – has 07 cases of burglary, assault, excise etc registered against him in Maharajpura police station of Gwalior district and Malanpur police station of Bhind district.
  2. Bhuri alias Bhupendra Jat son of Bijendra Jat resident of village Urva – has 03 cases of theft and assault registered against him in Chinaur police station.
  3. Jitendra alias Shibbu son of Bhupendra Jat resident of village Urva police station Chinaur. Goods recovered:- One 315 bore country made Pistol.
