A dignified program was held on 29th June under the joint aegis of the international literary organization Sahitya Arpan, Dubai and Hansraj College, Delhi.

This grand program was jointly presided over by Mrs. Neha Sharma from Dubai and Dr. Rama, Principal of Hansraj College.

The outline, entire organization and coordination of this program were done by Bhavana Arora ‘Milan‘. She left no stone unturned in the hospitality of the guests and the audience. Dr. Ravi Gaur played an important role in coordinating the program to take the program to a great height. With the full cooperation of Professor Rama Ji, Principal of Hansraj University, this program moved towards success.

After the guests garlanded Maa Saraswati and lit the lamps, Maa Saraswati was worshiped by the sweet voices of the students of Summerfield School, Maulik Sharma and Aavya. After that, Mayra and Samaira praised Ganesh. The responsibility of conducting this session was done by Nirmala ji who handled the stage as an efficient director. The responsibility of the coordinator of this session was done by Dr. Ravi Gaund ji. All the annual reports of the contribution made by Sahitya Arpan to society and the field of literature were read out. The guest speakers in the literary discussion and debate were done by Bollywood‘s famous actor and Lallan ji alias Shri Rakesh Srivastava ji and ACP Ved Bhushan.

• The responsibility of the Sutradhar was taken by Bhavana Arora ‘Milan’ ji.
• The second session was of poetry reading in which the guest welcome dance was done by Anushka, a student of Summerfields School, Kailash Colony with a beautiful presentation of Shiv Tandava.
• Vijay Gaund ji was the special guest of this session and Neerja Chaturvedi was the chief guest.

The participating poets of the session further increased the dignity of the program with their high-quality poems. Sudhir Adhiir, Mohit Mudit Dwivedi, Ashok Madhup, Mani Abhi Kumar, Atif Rais Siddiqui, all these invited poets dedicated to literature enthralled the audience with their ghazals and the atmosphere was mesmerized by their poems. Vijay Gaur ji from Jan Bhagidari Samiti and Neerja Chaturvedi ji from All India Radio and our famous Ashok Madhup ji and other litterateurs, famous personalities gave a new dimension to the stage and all these great personalities with special roles in literature and society made a great impact on everyone’s life. This session was conducted by Nayana Kakkar Gupta ji.

After this, a “Bal Chaupal” of young poets was held. Charitakshi Nuniwal, Shirshon Dutta, Avni Raj of Summerfields School Kailash Colony, Delhi, talented student Puneet Paswan of Arya Samaj School Kailash Colony, Delhi participated in this Chaupal and by presenting poems in Hasya Rasa, Veer Rasa, Karuna Rasa through their one-of-a-kind presentations, they won the hearts of the audience and guests.

The responsibility of conducting this part was taken by the new poetess Roma Thakur. Newcomer Roma Thakur is coming in front of everyone as an emerging poetess through her efforts on various literary forums. Her sweetness in her speech is commendable and all the guests appreciated her a lot.

• All the executive members united and took this program to the peak of excellence and proved how much power there is in unity. The executive members included Shobhit Gupta, Nayana Kakkar Gupta, Ruchika Rana, Smita, Anju Nigam, Poonam Bagadia, Seema Birla and Nirmala Neetu ji.
• The responsibility of videography was taken by Pranshul Gupta and his team.

Pranshul Gupta took charge of all the photography with his dedication and service spirit and gave the entire program a great look by making beautiful pictures and videos of everyone who will cherish the memories of this program forever. Media coverage was done by Sandeep Dwivedi, Chief Editor, The Womania Times and TV coverage was done by S.Z. Malik. Our media colleagues worked wholeheartedly in sending the report of the entire program to various Newspapers, Radio and TV in India.

All the listeners and spectators present in the program participated in the program with applause and enjoyed the entire program.
