Three new justice-centric laws, Indian Justice Code, Indian Civil Defense Code and Indian Evidence Act are going to be implemented across the country from July 1. Madhya Pradesh Police is ready for its implementation. DGP Shri Sudhir Saxena reviewed the preparations for the implementation of the three laws through video conferencing on Wednesday.

During this, DGP Mr. Saxena said that more than 60 thousand police officers and employees of the state were provided intensive training by the training branch on the process of new laws. Along with this, this training was also taken to the constable level through learning management system and online medium. All the officers and employees of FSL have been trained. CID has created a comprehensive FAQ and all three laws have been uploaded in CCTNS. Some tables have been made, with the help of which new laws can be easily understood in place of old laws. Ensure that these detail tables are in the mobile of every policeman in the entire state by tomorrow. Ensure that the complete act is available in every police station and the investigating officer also has it personally.

Implement new laws by organizing programs: DGP Mr. Saxena said that as per the instructions of the government, extensive public awareness should also be ensured about these laws. He said that on July 1, programs should be organized in all the police stations of the state to make the citizens aware of the new laws. In these programs, especially make women and children aware of the law. Ensure that apart from women and children, youth, students, senior citizens, retired police officers, Anganwadi workers, officials and members of local village and city defense committee, peace committee are invited to the program. During this, also solve their queries and problems. Experts can also be called in these events.

One to one discussion with all SPs: DGP Shri Saxena held one to one discussion with ADG / IG, Range DIG and all Superintendents of Police regarding the preparations for the implementation of new laws. He instructed all the officers to publicize the new laws as much as possible. From the constable level to senior officers, there should be detailed information about these laws. He said that in the coming days, get more serious training at the field level in the implementation of new laws. If there is any doubt or curiosity, then seek guidance from senior officers.

More than 60 thousand police officers and employees trained: In video conferencing, ADG Training Ms. Sonali Mishra said that more than 60 thousand police officers and employees have been trained by 302 master trainers across the state regarding the new laws. ADG CID Mr. Pawan Srivastava gave information about the definitions and procedures of BNS, BNSS. ADG SCRB Mr. Chanchal Shekhar said that technology has been given great importance in the new laws.

This will speed up the investigation process and it will be easy to get justice to the victims soon. He said that new laws have been uploaded in CCTNS. Apart from this, he gave information about ISJS, Sangrah App, Evidence App, E-Vivechana App.
