Jhabua Collector Neha Meena conducted the public hearing. A total of 84 applications were received in the public hearing.

Taking immediate cognizance of the problem of an applicant who came to the public hearing, the collector took action and got the path to his house opened and the application was resolved within 1 hour.

Meghnagar applicant Dashrath, son of Moolchand Chauhan, resident of Meghnagar, while applying in the public hearing, told his plight that his neighbors Kailash, Raju, Ramesh Prajapat have blocked the path to his house by making illegal construction and he is troubled for many days.

Taking immediate cognizance of the application, Collector Neha Meena directed CMO Meghnagar and get it registered in TL and directed to open the road by removing the encroachment within 2 hours. In this regard, after inspection of the spot by CMO Meghnagar, when the complaint was found to be true, JCB was immediately called and the path was cleared by removing the pile of angle, sand, soil, ballast etc. placed for the shed by encroaching, and the Collector’s order was implemented within 1 hour.

The applicant and other villagers are happy with this quick action and said that they hope their work will be done easily now. Similarly, applications were given in the public hearing of other applications and disputes.

Applications have also been given to avail the benefits of government schemes. Collector Neha Meena directed the concerned officials to resolve the problems as well as provide the benefits of government schemes to the eligible persons.

During this, Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Jitendra Singh Chauhan, Additional Collector S.S.Muzalda, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Jhabua Harishankar Vishwakarma and officers of all departments were present.
