The new law coming into force from July 1 is to provide justice.

The new law is being implemented from July 1 to provide justice: Dharamvir Singh SP inaugurated the three-day seminar.

Bureau Chief Pawan Paruthi | MP Gwalior | The new law coming into force from July 1 is to provide justice to the citizens, so all of you should become proficient in it. Police Captain Dharamveer Singh said this to the officers who came to take training in the three-day seminar regarding the new Criminal Act 2023 organized at Bal Bhavan. More than 250 sub-inspectors and assistant sub-inspectors were present on this occasion.

SP Mr. Singh said that till now we used to take action under IPC, CrPC and Indian Evidence Act, which will now take action under Indian Justice, Indian Civil Defense Code and Indian Evidence Act 2023. The new changes are for the benefit of the public, so understand it in the time you have, so that the public can get its benefit by taking action under the new Criminal Act 2023 from July 1. The police captain said that more than 900 investigators of the district will be trained in the three-day training. Along with this, separate training sessions will also be organized at the police stations.

In the seminar, law experts Senior A.D.P.O. Abhishek Malhotra, ADPO Santosh Sharma, Manish Kumar Sharma and M.L. gave detailed information regarding the changes in the new laws and the relevance of the process in the new Criminal Act 2023. In the training, the law experts also resolved the doubts of the police officers present by answering their questions. Initially, the training session was formally inaugurated by Superintendent of Police Gwalior Dharamveer Singh by garlanding the statue of Maa Saraswati and lighting a lamp. About 250 participants from the level of Head Constable to Sub Inspector attended the training. ASP Akhilesh Rainwal, CSP University Hina Khan, SDOP Behat Santosh Patel, Manish Sharma, ML Gupta and other officers were present in the seminar.
