Santosh Singh Production’s short film ‘Feriwala’ made in Indore nominated for award.

Bureau Chief Tahir Kamaal Siddiqui | Indore | It is a matter of pride for Madhya Pradesh that Santosh Singh Production’s short film ‘Pheriwala’ has been completed and has been nominated for the Kashi Indian International Film Festival Award. The screening will be held on Sunday 21st April in the auditorium of PGDAV College Delhi. Dr. Santosh Singh Chairman of DHL Group and Producer of the film said that the film tells about how a dwarf man lives his life as a hawker. In the film Bollywood actor Lilliput famous in the country as Dadda of Mirzapur web series is in the lead role.

This thirty-minute film is an emotional drama and its director is Richard Franklin. All the scenes of the film have been shot in Indore and Mhow. It is worth noting that Dr. Santosh Singh, Chairman of DHL Group, keeps contributing to various social works along with business and three years ago he decided that he would make a short film on an important topic of society and made the first short film ‘Shor’ and released it on YouTube. And that too got good response. Santosh Singh said that he is not getting any financial benefit from this production house but he is getting satisfaction. He is able to do some good work on important issues of social interest.

Santosh Singh said that considering the response he is getting in films he will make a film on drugs to make the society aware.
