14 districts of electricity company in A category in CM helpline

Indore Tahir Kamal Siddiqui CM: Once again the entire Ujjain division including Ratlam of the Western Region Electricity Distribution Company has topped in the proper and universally accepted resolution of electricity related complaints lodged on the helpline 181. In the list released from Bhopal, 14 districts of the electricity company including Ratlam, Ujjain, Indore have been in A category. Chief General Manager of the company, Rinkesh Kumar Vaishya said that as per the instructions of Managing Director Amit Tomar, the complaints registered in the CM Help Line are reviewed daily. Zones and distribution centers are reviewed by the respective Executive Engineers, Divisions are reviewed by the respective Superintending Engineers and Circles/Districts are reviewed by the respective Chief Engineers on a daily basis. There is a system of continuous review even at the company headquarters level. The Chief General Manager said that in the districts where the situation is found lagging behind or weak during the review, instructions for immediate improvement are issued and the situation is improved within two days. He said that work is being done on the policy of no tolerance in resolving the complaints.
