Narhari held a meeting in the conference room of the second floor of the Administrative Complex building regarding the preparations for the Investors Summit and Vikramotsav along with the Ujjaini Vikram Trade Fair and instructed the officials that before March 1, All preparations should be completed. Make sure that all preparations are done accordingly for the fair to be organised. This type of event is being organized for the first time in Ujjain. Along with external businessmen, local businessmen should also be given priority in trade fairs.

In the meeting, Mr. P. Narahari reviewed the responsibilities assigned to the concerned departments related to the event and gave instructions to Mr. Rajesh Rathore, Executive Director of the Regional Office of MPIDC. He should hold a meeting of all the businessmen coming to the trade fair and discuss related to the fair and direct them. to be done. Different departments should compulsorily conduct mock drills (rehearsals). From safety point of view, testing should be done and certificate should be obtained. Special attention should be paid to this. Pay special attention to every small thing. The officers of the departments to whom responsibilities have been assigned should play an important role in making all three events successful with mutual coordination. Businessmen should also have the same responsibility as the officers. Every type of mock drill (rehearsal) should be done, so that everyone’s work can become easier. Trade fair, Vikramotsav and Investors Summit should also be widely publicized so that the benefits of the government schemes reach the common people. Instead of being overconfident, officers should pay attention to every small detail and ensure that the programs are made successful by completing the assigned responsibilities. Even after the beginning of the trade fair, the officials should continue to inspect these events from time to time by discharging their responsibilities for 40 days.

Divisional Commissioner Dr. Sanjay Goyal has assured Mr. P. Narahari that by strictly following the instructions given by him, the programs of Ujjaini Vikram Trade Fair, Investors Summit and Vikramotsav will be made successful. Dr. Goyal instructed the officers present to make the programs successful by completing the assigned tasks well and on time. There should be no negative news of any kind. Take the assigned tasks seriously and without relying on anyone, the officers themselves, in coordination, complete their roles with responsibility, only then will the meaningfulness be achieved. Also ensure that the program is memorable in Ujjain.

Giving information about Ujjaini Vikram Trade Fair, Collector Shri Neeraj Kumar Singh said that the fair is being organized in coordination with the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Department, District Administration and the nodal agency of the fair is The agency is Ujjain Municipal Corporation. Collector informed in the meeting that automobiles, electronics and food zone will be organized in Dussehra ground and commercial shops, automobiles, swings and food zone in PGBT College campus and cultural programs will be organized in Kalidas Academy, Triveni Museum, Polytechnic ground. Giving detailed information regarding the above three events, the Collector said that some 372 shops are to be allotted in the fair. So far 278 shops have been allotted and tenders have been invited for 94 shops. 90 shops have been reserved for folk colors and handicrafts. He told in the meeting that different responsibilities have been assigned to different departments.
