An action plan will be made for bamboo cultivation and industries will be promoted. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s discussion with members of NITI Aayog, Government of India

Bhopal Gulshan Paruthi Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that work will be done in every sector for the development and strengthening of the economy of the state. Industries will be promoted. To increase the production of bamboo, farming will be done by making an action plan. Officials of the concerned departments should immediately initiate action for this. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was discussing with the members of NITI Aayog, Government of India at Samatva Bhawan located at the Chief Minister’s residence. Sectors like agriculture, pharmaceutical, textile, automobiles, electronics, mining, health and nutrition etc. were discussed in the meeting.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Shri Jagdish Deora, Chief Secretary Mrs. Veera Rana, member of NITI Aayog, Government of India, Dr. V.K. Saraswat, Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries and senior officers of various departments were present. Mr. Ishtiaq Ahmed, Senior Advisor, NITI Aayog, Government of India, gave the presentation. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that cotton is produced in large quantities in the state. Textile industry will be promoted to ensure maximum use of which in Madhya Pradesh. He said that industries will be started in various cities under the pharmaceutical sector. Establishment and investment of various industries under MSME sector will be promoted in the state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the suggestions of NITI Aayog will be implemented. The members of NITI Aayog appreciated the work being done in the state. He informed that better work has been done in the mining sector in the state. The export potential of the state is also good. The state is making a good contribution to the country’s GDP. The members of the commission gave suggestions for making an action plan for the development of the state through presentation.
