32nd Inter-District Sports Competition Year 2024.Join us for thrilling matches and unforgettable moments in this year's inter-district sports competition.

Excellent performance by participants of various units in Police Inter-District Sports Competitions.

  • In the final of basketball, Gwalior defeated Bhind 27-0 in a one-sided match.
  • In the final of Kabaddi, Sagar’s team defeated Bhind in the final and secured first place.

The 32nd Inter-District Sports Competition is being organized in Gwalior from 20.07.2024 to 24.07.2024. Which was inaugurated today on 20.07.2024 at the Parade Ground located at Police Line Gwalior. Under the guidance of the Secretary Organizing Committee and Superintendent of Police Gwalior Shri Dharamveer Singh (Bapuse), police teams of 08 districts are participating in athletics, hockey, volleyball, football, handball, basketball, wrestling, weightlifting and cross-country competitions. ASP Crime Mr. Ayush Gupta (BPU) participated in the basketball competition and DSP Traffic Mr. Ajit Singh Chauhan participated in volleyball.

In the basketball final held in the 32nd inter-district sports competition, Gwalior defeated Bhind 27-0 in a one-sided match, in the semi-finals of volleyball, Bhind defeated Chhatarpur and Gwalior entered the final by defeating Shivpuri. In the final of Kabaddi, Sagar’s team defeated Bhind in the final and secured the first position, along with this, athletics matches have also been completed in which the players of Gwalior, Shivpuri and Chhatarpur dominated. In all the competitions, the participants of different units have given excellent performances in different competitions and secured first, second and third positions, and will be awarded prizes on the closing occasion. The players performing well in the competition will be selected in the team of North Zone Gwalior for the MP Police Sports Competition.

In the 32nd inter-district sports competition, volleyball, football, basketball and wrestling are being organized at the police line ground and hockey at the sports complex of Kampu, handball at the 2nd Battalion Gwalior, athletics and cross country at the sports village Sharma Farm Hajira, kabaddi at the Taksal School Kampu and weightlifting at the ground of Bahubali Gym Gudhi Gudha Ka Naka.

In successfully conducting the above sports competitions, Reserve Inspector Gwalior Ranjeet Singh Sikarwar, Subedar Anupam Bhadoria, Subedar Abhishek Raghuvanshi, Subedar Akhil Nagar, Subedar Bandana Rajawat, Subedar Prem Singh Rathore, District Sports Officer Gwalior Joseph Vakshala and other police officers and employees included in the committee have played a commendable role.
