Udbhav has been doing a commendable job of connecting the youth with Indian culture - General Upendra Dwivedi.

These were the words of the Indian Army Chief Mr. Upendra Dwivedi, which he expressed in a formal meeting with the delegation of Udbhav at the Army Headquarters. He further said that Gwalior is a city of music. I will definitely be happy to come to Gwalior for Udbhav's event.

On this occasion, Udbhav presented the souvenir "Gwalior to Rome" published on its 25 years journey to the Army Chief and informed him about the work being done by Udbhav at the national and international level. On behalf of Udbhav, Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi was also invited to come to Gwalior for the Udbhav festival.

The delegation of Udbhav included President Dr. Keshav Pandey, Secretary Deepak Tomar and Co-Secretary Praveen Sharma.
