Police arrested two accused carrying a reward of Rs 10,000 who fired while sitting in a Fortuner car in the Sirol police station area.

Brief description of the incident:-
Complainant Vikas Gurjar son of Birwal Singh Gurjar resident of Sirol village Gwalior had lodged a report in Sirol police station that on 07.09.2024 at around 01.30 pm he was feeding his niece Manya when the sound of a car standing outside the house came. My brother Sachin Gurjar has a dispute and enmity with many people, due to which I went to the roof of my home and saw that a white coloured Fortuner car number MP-07 ZL-2083 was parked outside the house and 3-4 people were sitting in it. When I peeped inside, a person sitting in the car started abusing me to kill me, the bullet passed over my head and I narrowly escaped. I saw that the people sitting in the back seat of the car were telling the people in the front to shoot me, then the car started moving slowly towards Siraul junction, so I started making a video of the Fortuner car on my mobile, then a little ahead of the house, the person sitting in the front seat of the car fired a shot from the gun again and while blowing the horn, drove the car towards Siraul junction. On the complaint of the complainant, a case was registered against an unknown accused in Siraul police station under FIR No. 190/24 under Sections 109,296,54,3(5) BNS and an investigation was taken up.
Taking the above firing incident seriously, Superintendent of Police Gwalior Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sagar, IPS directed to trace and arrest all the unknown accused wanted in the above case and also announced a reward of Rs. 10,000 for the arrest of the accused. Additional Superintendent of Police (East/Traffic/Crime) Mr. Shiaz K.M. (IPS) directed the Siroli Police Station to arrest the accused in the above case. As per the instructions of senior officers, under the able guidance of CSP University Ms Hina Khan, the police station in-charge Siroli Inspector Alok Singh Bhadauria deployed the team of the police force to trace and arrest the absconding criminals based on Fortuner's car.
During the investigation, today information was received through the informer that the Fortuner car used in the above incident, no. MP-07-ZL-2083, in which some suspicious people are going towards Bud's Residency from Bypass Huravali. Senior police officers were informed about the informer's information and when a police team reached the place mentioned by the informer, a Fortuner car numbered MP-07-ZL-2083 was seen parked on the road going towards Huravali. The police team surrounded it and caught the two persons sitting in it. When asked their names, they told me their names as Rahul Singh Gurjar and Akash Gurjar. When both persons were questioned on the spot, they accepted firing at Vikas Gurjar's house in Sirol.
The police team arrested both the accused on the spot took a memo under section 23 and duly seized the Fortuner car number MP-07-ZL-2083 used in the incident. Both the accused said that they were accompanied by Computer Gurjar resident of Gurgaon. The police are searching for other absconding accused in the above case. A reward of ten rupees was declared on the accused by the Superintendent of Police Gwalior. Both the arrested accused have been produced in the court and a one-day police remand has been taken. They are being questioned in detail about the incident and their other companions and weapons.

2. Akash son of Nirmal Gurjar age 24 years resident of Girgaon police station Maharajpura Gwalior
